Wasn’t able to post this yesterday, but this is definitely one case of ’better late than never’...

40 Years Later, (The Late) Martin Luther King Still Silenced

Watch this short 3 minute video for an essential MLK:

Martin Luther King: Breaking The Silence, 40 Years Late

To read and hear the whole speech:

I have been to the mountaintop

Timeless words on ’war’....

Beyond Vietnam: A Time to Break Silence
By Rev.
Martin Luther King
4 April 1967 (exactly one year before he was assassinated)

Martin Luther King, "Why I Am Opposed to the War in Vietnam"

I haven’t posted the "I have a dream.." speech, because I don’t believe that Dr. Martin Luther King meant for it to remain a dream. I feel he spoke of it to foretell the time when we would no longer need to dream of peace, but would be living it.

To this I say, may we all realize the end of the dream, may we all realize awakeness now...
